Var Energi is a Norwegian upstream oil and gas company. Headquarters is in Stavanger, Norway. Founded in 2018 from a merger between Italian giant ENI's Norwegian subsidiary ENI Norge and Point Resources AS. Acquisition of ExxonMobil Norway assets greatly increased the number of fields under Var Energi control. Floated on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2022, this relatively young company has since grown quickly.
