It seems like with our world filled with multiple gadgets. Our houses have ever more complicated and connected appliances.

Most of us each have multiple screen devices. We have more lights inside and outside our homes. Our cars have very sophisticated computer systems.

You'd think that per person our Carbon emissions would be greater per person. However, this isn't the case.

Consider the advances in efficiencies made this century so far. Led lighting is several times more efficient than incandescent lighting. All kitchen appliances are more efficient and we have almost divorced ourselves from use coal to heat our homes.
