Everybody wants a greener future where the planet we all currently live on is protected from the negative consequences of global warming caused in part by the burning of fossil fuels. However, the transition away from oil to this bright green future can not happen overnight. Not without unbearable suffering and death. Our modern world needs oil to sustain our societies and food supplies.

Continued investment in the oil industry will help protect global markets, preventing recession and financial volatility.

Rushing away from oil could cause even worse environmental problems like war!

14 Trillion USD further investment in oil by 2045. By then energy demand will have increased by as much as 25% from today. This will sit uncomfortably with some, but it is the safest path.
